30 hores corrent contra l’Alzheimer amb Carles Aguilar

El periodista d’Onda Cero Ràdio Carles Aguilar, especialitzat en salut i qualitat de vida i atleta d’ultra distància, correrà 30 hores sense parar en favor de persones amb Alzheimer i les seves famílies. Repte: 100€ per cada hora corrent.

Carles Aguilar realitzarà un recorregut circular per la Vall de Laguar explorant el recorregut a través del seu perímetre i finalitzant en el Barranc de l’Infern i els seus més de 6.000 graons de pedra.

La ruta presenta un desnivell acumulat de 1.690 metres.

La proposta consisteix a estar en moviment constant durant 30 hores per a realitzar el màxim número possible de km.

L’experiència es portarà a efecte en solitari i en autosuficiència depenent del propi atleta trobar sobre la marxa els recursos necessaris durant el trajecte per a arribar a bona fi el projecte.

Què volem aconseguir?

El projecte té com a objectiu recaptar fons per a poder continuar duent a terme projectes d’ajuda a persones diagnosticades d’Alzheimer i al seu entorn:

Facilitant eines a famílies sense recursos perquè puguin cuidar i atendre de manera digna als seus familiars amb Alzheimer.

Oferint una atenció integral a la persona, involucrant al seu entorn.

Acompanyant, realitzant un seguiment per a ajudar-lo a elaborar el seu propi camí.
