Noves sessions de Shiatsu gratuïtes per a cuidadors
Des d’Alzheimer Catalunya Fundació impulsem un nou projecte per a persones cuidadores. Si ets cuidador, no ho dubtis: aquestes sessions individuals són per a tu.
El Shiatsu és una tècnica corporal d’origen japonès que té com a objectiu ajudar a les persones a trobar més facilitat a les seves vides, mitjançant l’eliminació de factors que produeixen fatiga.
És per això que, pensant en la figura del cuidador, el Shiatsu Moviment a través del contacte i manipulació del cos pot ajudar a lidiar amb els bloquejos que genera la càrrega física i emocional que pateixen els cuidadors de persones amb Alzheimer, podent guanyar qualitat de vida en el seu dia a dia.
